The Philharmonic House of Design of 2006 is located in Covenant Hills near Ladera Ranch. The home is a Spanish
Revival style approximately 7000 square feet in size. The color scheme consists of bold golds and reds with splashes
of greens. It is a very lively color scheme and an entertainers dream. Elizabeth Burris designed the Flamenco Dancer
Powder Room.
2007 Philharmonic House of Design is located in the hills of Tustin. The wine cellar houses 2600 bottles including
some of the homeowners own made with grapes grown on the property. The room is temerature controlled at 58 degrees.
The center table top is parquet flooring from a 200 year old chateau in France. The center chandelier is gilded
bronze fashioned as a grape stock. Note the barrel ceiling shape; each shaved brick is individually mortered in place.
The floor surface is split rock,tumbled and ground after mortered then sealed to appear as worn cobblestone. The
turn of the century side board is used to house a hammered stainless sink.
